On clicking the down arrow in Proposal ID (refer to the Proposal ID section to locate the ‘down arrow’ [‘v’ icon]), you would have two keywords – ‘Point of Contact’ and ‘Signatories’.
The Point of Contact represents the individual to whom the proposal is sent. In other words, they are the person the proposal is sent to acknowledge it.
Signatories, on the other hand, are the final decision-makers on the proposal. Signatories validate the LOE by signing it.
In most cases, the Point of Contact and Signatories could be the same person, as they could be solely responsible for acknowledging and signing the LOE. In cases such as companies, the point of contact could be a person, while the LOE might be for the list of people on the company’s Board of Directors.
