FigsFlow has the feature of incorporating seasonal discounts on its services. These discounts can be applied at the time of creating the services in the Service Module or editing the existing service with a discount. These discounts are automatically applied when the service is selected.
Adding Discount #
To add a new discount name and rate, go to the Discount category and click ‘Add Discount’ button.
Editing Discount
To edit a specific Discount and its rate, under the Discount category, click on the ‘pen and notepad’ icon next to the Discount Name.
Make relevant changes to the Discount Name and Discount Amount/Discount Rates field wherever required.
Lastly, click ‘Save’ to save the update.
The changes will be reflected in the Discount dashboard.
Deleting Discount #
To delete a specific discount name and rate, under the Discount category, click on the ‘bin’ icon next to the Discount Name.
On a new pop-up window, click ‘Proceed’ button to delete the discount name and rate.
Searching Discount #
To search for a discount name, type the name of the discount in the search bar.
