To access the Global Pricing Variables configuration, select the ‘Proposal’ tab under ‘Proposal Configuration’ in Proposal Settings.

Now you have access to the following:
- Global Price Variables
- Service Tags
- Value Added Tax (VAT)
- Discount
- Charge Out Rates (Out of Scope work)
Adding Global Price Variables #
The price variable refers to the parameters based on which the price is triggered on FigsFlow. The parameters are defined in this section, and the value for these parameters is defined in the proposal’s calculation section.
To add Price Variables, go to the Global Price Variables category and click ‘Add Price Variable’ button.

In the new pop-up, add ‘Variable Name’, ‘Description’ and respective parameters.

To add more parameters, click on ‘+Add Label’.

Once all the parameters have been entered, click ‘Save’ at the bottom to save the changes.

The pricing variable is now reflected in the list of Global Pricing Variable.

Editing Global Price Variables #
To edit a specific global price variable, under the Global Price Variable category, click on the ‘pen and notepad’ icon next to the price variable.

Deleting Global Price Variables #
To delete a specific global price variable, under the Global Price Variable category, click on the ‘bin’ icon next to the price variable.

On a new pop-up window, click ‘Proceed’ button to delete the global price variable.

Searching For a Global Price Variable #
To search for a Global Price Variable, type the name of the price variable in the search bar.
