FigsFlow enables the use of custom placeholders, which are useful for inserting frequently used content into proposals and letters of engagement. The placeholder acts as a reference for the predefined content it represents.
Add Custom Placeholder #
To add a custom placeholder, go to Custom Placeholder under Proposal Settings.
Next, click ‘Add Placeholder’ button to add a custom placeholder.
Add appropriate Placeholder Name and the Value that the placeholder would represent.
To add more placeholders, click the ‘Add Placeholder’ button.
Click ‘Save’ button at the bottom to save the changes.
The saved placeholder can be added at the time of generating and editing the proposal as and when required.
Delete Custom Placeholder #
To delete a custom placeholder, go to Custom Placeholder under Proposal Settings.
Click the ‘bin’ icon adjacent to the placeholder you want to delete.
The placeholder will be deleted. Click ‘Save’ at the bottom to save the changes.
