Once you have created a Service Group (refer to Creating a New Service Group to learn how to create a new Service Group), click on the ‘View Services’ button under the ‘Services’ column.
Click ‘Import from Library’ to import from the built-in services.
Next, select the list of services you want to import from the library and click the ‘import’ button at the bottom.
Alternatively, click on ‘Add Service’ to add the custom service with custom calculations.
Under General Information, fill in the necessary information and parameters as required.s
IMPORTANT:
- The content under ‘Service Description’ appears on the Proposal PDF.
- The content written under ‘Service Schedule’ appears on the Letter of Engagement PDF.
Toggle ‘Make Child Service Only’ to add the child service.
To make the service available for proposal creation, toggle on ‘Active’.
Click on ‘Save’ at the bottom. This will take you to the ‘Price Calculation’ tab.
Add the Contingent Fee, if applicable, on the Price and Calculation tab by toggling to ‘Yes’. Add the relevant value and click on the ‘Save’ button.
Click the ‘Add calculation button’ to add custom calculation parameters.
Next, choose the relevant calculation option.
Next, add the price.
To add more calculations, click on the ‘Add Calculation’
The total parameters used for price calculation can be previewed in ‘Calculation Preview’
The hierarchy of the parameters can be changed using the ‘up arrow’ and ‘down arrow’.
Once you are happy with the calculation, click on ‘Save Calculation’.
Next, click the ‘Associated Services’ tab to add any associated services with the main service.
Search for the service to be added as associated services
The selected associated services will appear at the bottom.
Lastly, click ‘Save’ at the bottom to save the service.
The service is now visible in the Service Group.
