The Email Configurations module consists of all the emails to be sent to various personnel within the firm based on the criteria selected.
To access the Email Configuration, go to Email Configuration under Accounts in Settings.

Once you are at the Email Configuration, you can then add the respective email addresses.

- Adding Default Contact Email
The default contact email appears in the footer section of the Proposals and Engagement letters.
2. Adding Additional Staff Recipients
The email address registered in this field will get email copies along with the default proposal sent to the clients.
All the email addresses added will be visible below the field.

3. Adding Default Onboarding Email
This field consists of the default email for client onboarding.
4. Adding Email for Complaints and Feedback
This field consists of the default email for registering complaints and feedback from the client.
