To access the generation configuration, select the ‘General’ tab under ‘Proposal Configuration’ in Proposal Settings.
Changing Alias Name #
The alias name refers to the initials/prefix used to assign the proposal ID. For instance, if you add your alias as ‘FigsFlow’, the proposal number would be assigned accordingly with the alias. For instance, ‘FigsFlow_001’, ‘FigsFlow_002’ and so forth.
To change the alias, write the desired name in the ‘Alias Name’ field.
Next, click ‘Save’ at the bottom-right to save the change.
Changing Limitation of Liability #
Any amount added in the ‘Limitation of Liability’ field is reflected in the FigsFlow’s Letter of Engagement (LOE).
To change the Limitation of Liability, write the desired amount in the ‘Limitation of Liability’ field.
Next, click ‘Save’ at the bottom-right to save the changes.
Changing Discount Visibility Setting #
Discounts can be made visible/invisible at the time of the proposal generation on the FigsFlow Global setting.
To make changes to Discount Visibility, choose between ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ options.
Next, click ‘Save’ at the bottom-right to save the changes.
Setting Default Currency #
The currency set in this section is reflected in all the proposals generated in FigsFlow.
The option to choose the default currency is given at the time of setting up your FigsFlow account for the very first time. To change the default currency system requires deleting the existing firm and recreating a fresh firm.
To delete the firm, refer to the Deleting Firm documentation.
Next, click ‘Save’ at the bottom-right to save the changes.
